Black Salt / Kala Namak

Black salt is also known as kala namak, bire noon, kala noon, sulemani namak, Indian Black salt, Himalayan Black salt, and bit lobon. It is a volcanic rock salt produced in the Himalayan region. This black salt mainly contains sodium sulfide, sodium sulfate, sodium bisulfite, sodium bisulfate, hydrogen sulfide, and iron sulfide.
