Return Policy

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mooveda is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds for Inability to Ship:
We will offer a full refund if Mooveda is unable to ship a product you have ordered due to unforeseen circumstances, such as lack of availability or shipping restrictions to your location. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and process the full refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds for Accepted Returns:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria (unopened and unused), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. The amount refunded will be the original purchase price of the item minus the original shipping fee (not the shipping fee shown in cart as it is discounted) incurred by Mooveda to send the product to you. The exact shipping fee deducted will be as per the courier invoice for your original shipment.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days after the approval of the return.
Important Considerations:
Damaged or Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include a replacement or a refund (including shipping costs in these specific cases).
Inspection of Returns: Mooveda reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is found to be opened, used, or not in its original condition.
