Spinach can withstand cold weather, and so it grows in the winter season. It has a good amount of vitamin C and riboflavin. It can be added to salads, side dishes, soups, or pasta sauces.
How to plant
- Plant it in a place that has sunlight and well-draining soil.
- Insert the seeds into the prepared soil at a half-inch deep and water lightly.
- Seedlings grow in about 7 to 14 days.
